If you've ever felt unsure, nervous or just lacked faith in yourself when thinking about change or what you want for yourself - maybe you’ll find a little encouragement in this.

After 15+ years of coaching and training women, building a business - I still have wow moments. I often reflect on the tenacity, the faith, the confidence and the resilience it took to get here. Heavy on the faith.
When I opened my studio, I remember being excited for the present but not exactly sure about the future. I had the vision but not the roadmap. I just knew I wanted to help women say yes to themselves - their health, their bodies, their confidence - without shame or guilt.
Now, after 15 years of doing just that, I’m making another leap - putting real intention, focus, and resources into expanding my virtual coaching so I can reach more women on a deeper level. It’s exciting to be here - but deep down in my core, I recognize that old feeling of uncertainty. That thought in the back of my mind of - will I pull this off? I could choose to listen to those thoughts, but why?
Sure, growth and change are hard. It’s uncomfortable. It challenges your limits, your mindset, your beliefs. But every leap and choice I've made to follow the vision and to keep moving onward has led to more clarity, more impact, and more purpose.
Over the years, I’ve gained clarity on who I’m here to coach and why. I’ve coached hundreds of women from every walk of life - learning how to meet each one where she is. I’ve learned that no matter how much I may want to help someone, change is a choice, and you have to want it for yourself.
For the women I do get to help - seeing them step into renewed confidence and truly feel themselves after transformation? That’s everything and worth every bit of the sweat and tears I’ve poured into this.
And if you’re standing at the edge of your next era - nervous, uncertain, or questioning if you’re ready - this is your reminder: You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to have the faith to start. The courage to keep showing up. The willingness to grow through what’s holding you back.
Every chapter begins with one decision: to say yes to yourself.
Here’s to your next leap - and mine.
If this resonates with you, I hope it encourages you to say yes to yourself in whatever season you’re in.
