How do I know which membership is right for me? Each tier is designed for a different level of support. * If you want structure and guidance, the Self‑Led Membership is perfect. * If you want personalized coaching and accountability, choose Personalized Coaching. * If you want fast momentum and a clear jumpstart, the 6‑Week Transformation is ideal.

Do I need a gym to get results? No. Every program includes home and gym options, so you can train anywhere with whatever equipment you have.

How much time do I need each week? Training is typically 2-3 times per week, and most sessions take 30-45 minutes. You can complete them on your own schedule. Live coaching calls are optional but highly encouraged for support and clarity.

What if I have a busy schedule? The programs are designed to fit real life. You can train on your own time and join live coaching calls when it works for you. TFC Virtual Method members also work directly with their coach to adjust training around their challenges, schedule, and lifestyle - you’ll always have a plan that feels doable and aligned.

What if I’ve tried programs before and didn’t stick with them? That’s exactly why these memberships include accountability, structure, and live coaching support. You’re not doing this alone - you’ll have guidance, check‑ins, and a community to keep you consistent.

What if I have questions during the week? You’ll have access to live coaching Q&A and goal‑setting calls, plus the accountability group where you can get answers, guidance, and encouragement whenever you need support. TFC Virtual Method members and 6‑Week Transformation clients also receive direct access to their coach for more personalized guidance.

Can I cancel anytime? Yes. All memberships renew every 4 weeks, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. To cancel, simply email billing@thosefitchicks.com. Your request will be processed immediately, and your membership will remain active for the full 30‑day notice period. This policy ensures we can close out your coaching smoothly and maintain the integrity of the community, coaches, and programs.
