You get expert training, customized Nutrition Coaching, and accountability that actually sticks. No guessing, no generic workouts. How much does private training or coaching cost?
Coat is based on every woman’s goals, schedule, and needs. We offer private training, hybrid coaching, and full lifestyle transformation programs and your plan is built around your goals, not a one‑size‑fits‑all package.
To get accurate pricing, you’ll schedule a consultation so we can understand your goals, your timeline, and what level of support you need. This ensures you’re only paying for what will actually get you results.

Do I need to be in shape before I start?
Not at all. Many of our clients start new to training, after long breaks, weight gain, burnout, or feeling stuck. We meet you where you are and build you up safely and confidently. Whether you’re brand‑new or experienced, you’ll feel supported every step of the way.

How often will I train?
Most women train 2 - 4 times per week depending on their goals, schedule, and program. We’ll help you choose the right frequency during your consultation.

Do you offer virtual coaching?
Yes - we offer virtual and hybrid options for women who prefer to train from home or need flexibility. You’ll still get personalized workouts, nutrition coaching, and accountability. Check out our Signature Virtual Programs here.
