Service Description

Accomplish your health and fitness goals with group training. In group training you are coached according to your very own level of fitness. Everyone's workout is a bit different and specific to them. Come prepared to break a sweat with other Fitness Chicks, have a social laugh or 2 and leave feeling happy and a step closer to your goal. Group Training has a limit of 4 ladies per group. You do not need to have your own group of ladies to sign up for group training. We handle that part. Participating consistently in Those Fitness Chicks training programs delivers the desired results of fat loss, and stronger bodies. You will also have more energy, more confidence and a better nights sleep! When using heart rate monitors during a training (heart rate training optimizes fat burn), a training summary is sent directly to your email detailing the calorie and fat burn you achieved during your training. Participants in any Group Training program will receive bi-weekly reports on their progress - visually see how your hard work is paying off and celebrate your accomplishments.
