The TFC Challenge - 4th Edition includes a 2 week training program, 2 week meal plan, and live coaching calls.
This total body strength and core training program targets muscle groups using dumbbells and body weight and is designed to build muscle while blasting calories. Combined with clean eating and proper nutrition, you will see improved strength, cardiovascular fitness, and lean muscle in just a few weeks. All workout levels can do the program.
All you need are a pair of dumbbells or household equivalent (water bottles, laundry detergent etc) and our Coaching App - which you will download at purchase to start the challenge. You will have:
Coaching Calls Via Zoom:
* Weekly group coaching calls
* Ask any questions you have or get the coaching you need to finish strong
* Interact with other ladies doing the challenge with you
* 3 coaching calls total (every Friday at 5:30p CST) - The first orientation call will be Friday Nov 27th. Challenge and training program officially starts Monday, Nov 30th.
Workout Program: You will get 5 scheduled workouts PER WEEK (pre-recorded)
You will have meals consisting of whole and nutritious foods. No starving!
You will receive:
* Recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert
* A grocery list
* A meal plan incorporating the recipes
* "My Fitness Pal" barcodes for each meal - scan it to quickly track your food in the My Fitness Pal App
Done together the meal plans and the workout program will give you the results you've been wanting to achieve. YOU WILL DROP POUNDS!
The meal plans are yours to keep forever and you'll have access to the app for 6 months. Repeat this challenge again and again.
